What's the difference within a title if it say Dr Joe Smith at the emergence or Joe Smith MD at the shutting?

addressing someone as Doctor______ simply imply that they have some instruction Be it a Phd, undefined field , a dentist, a vet, a professor etc....
Ending a name within MD indicates this person have a degree as a Medical Doctor
Ending within DO indicates This person is a Doctor of Osteopath
NP= Nurse Practitioner

Dr. Joe could be a PhD scientist, professor of economics, or a medical doctor for adjectives I know but, Joe Smith MD is a medical doctor, for sure.
.
MD's use the honorific "Dr.",. but so do other professionals - dentists, vets, podiatrists, chiropractors, and so on.
Either form of address is correct for an MD.
To differentiate other kind of doctors.
Dr. John Smith, MD
Dr. Jane Doe, DDS
Dr. Rob Roe, PhD
one is formal one is informal- at least surrounded by my field- most podiatrists like to be referred to as Dr. Jones but when they see their term in print they resembling to see Edward Jones DPM MD CPED PC
medicine and vigour guarantee correctness , is for informational purposes only counsel or treatment for any medical conditions.
