I assume you mean hypodermic plunger - typically used for venipuncture, commonly 21 gauge. An epidermic nozzle can be a hypodermic needle, the needles swing by their purpose. They can be long, short... if an injection needed in the epidermis, it would be relatively short of a nozzle.
